From his shell he has arrived, Aizen's transformation from the Hogyoku. His power is still mounting, and he shows a certain lack of control - not that it matters for the lesser beings that surround him, dying from his sheer presence.

Aizen targets his team, granting the ally with the least health, chosen at random if tied, 20 points of damage reduction and increasing their non-affliction damage by 5 for 1 turn. Each turn after, reapply this skill to the lowest health ally. This skill stacks, and cannot be removed, ending when Aizen dies.
