These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Soul Arena (“Soul Arena”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an unofficial, fan-made browser game and website at soul-arena.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Soul Arena.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Soul Arena. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One account per person unless we explicitly permit otherwise. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
- Engage in win-trading, match-fixing, or manipulation of ladders, ratings, or rewards.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or post unlawful, hateful, or explicit content.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.
Virtual items and purchases
Soul Arena may offer virtual currency, characters, cosmetics, or other in-game items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use within the game. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable. We may modify, suspend, or remove Virtual Items at any time.
User-generated content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as forum posts, profile text, clan information, or graphics), but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for content you submit and must have the rights to share it.
Intellectual property and fan content
Soul Arena is an independent, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the creators or rights holders of Bleach. All third-party names, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Please review our Legal Disclaimer for important information about intellectual property and fair use.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Arena and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty euros (€50).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soul Arena and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Soul Arena resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
