Ushoda Hachigen
The former Kidou Corps Lieutenant, Hachigen, also known as Hachi, is now part of the Vizards as the Kidou Master. As a practitioner of Kidou, Hachi is able to use powerful sealing and barrier kidou spells for all purposes.

When this skill ends, the count of skills/actions used will reset. This passive cannot be ignored nor removed.
